The memory of suffering from dengue as a child still haunts Evisake Wainiqolo today. A proud mother with seven children and one grandson, Evisake lives in Suva, Fiji. She supported the World Mosquito Program by hosting a mosquito trap and participating in her local Community Reference Group.

Now that Evisake understands the impact our Wolbachia method could have on reducing mosquito-borne diseases, she has hope for a brighter future for her children and grandchildren.
